Iran Ready to End War if Conflict Will Not Resume

Masoud Pezeshkian said Iran is ready to end the war if there is a clear guarantee that the conflict will not resume. He stressed that Iran seeks a lasting solution and wants assurances to prevent future escalation with United States and Israel.

He shared these remarks during a phone call with Antonio Costa. During the conversation, both leaders discussed the ongoing situation and the need for diplomatic efforts to reduce tensions and restore stability in the region.

Meanwhile, Pezeshkian praised the unity of the Iranian people during the conflict. He said citizens have shown strong solidarity, which he described as commendable. He emphasized that national unity remains important during challenging times.

In addition, Abbas Araghchi stated that Iran does not only want a ceasefire but a complete and comprehensive end to the war. He also revealed that indirect communication with the United States is ongoing through intermediaries, including discussions involving Pakistan.

Furthermore, Iran’s Revolutionary Guard warned of possible action if its leadership continues to be targeted. In conclusion, Iran is ready to end the war if the conflict will not resume, while urging guarantees and continued diplomatic engagement to achieve lasting peace.
